Amazon prime crashing on roku

Update - reset of Roku stick seems to have fixed the issue as of now. I haven't experienced this on any of my Stick 3600 or Stick 3800 devices. What I do experience is that Prime Video FF / RW is stupidly hard to control b/c it goes too fast! I did just read that it might work better using the purple D-Pad, so I'll try that soon.

Unplug the tv from wall. Wait about 15 seconds and then plug it back in. That should fix Amazon prime from crashing. This is most definitely a Prime Video channel bug and will most likely be corrected/fixed without any user action. Probably just patience as Amazon addresses it, as it is already working on mine that had an initial crash.
