Cali-Spartan Mexican Kitchen is a local taco spot with two locations. I happened to be in the vicinity of the one in South San Jose and decided that it would fulfill my immediate need for lunch, so I found my way to this plaza across from Black Angus and was happy to see plentiful parking.
