My husband's with Cingular and has regular coverage in Alaska. He's been travelling to Mexico for business a lot lately -- he signed up for their international calling plan which includes all of Mexico and Canada, so we're covered in Canada with a flat per-minute fee instead of long-distance international roaming while we're out there.
