How do you get to vashj'ir
Vashj'ir. The Shimmering Expanse is the second zone in the undersea region known as Vashj'ir. It is the stronghold of the naga empire within the area. You'll get fatigue for a bit, but you'll make it, even with the 150% flying. The starting quest will be there waiting for you on the wrecked ship.
