Too late because it's already there, and as others have said, removing it and the wiring may introduce problems that don't currently exist. It seems to work okay, but I found 1 strange quirk. If you arm the system, then disarm without opening any doors, after about 30 seconds or so, it will automatically rearm and lock the doors again. Keep in mind, the system is not set to passively arm.
