Nov 6, 2023 · Katami is the latest project of chef Manabu Horiuchi, who opened Kata Robata in 2000 and became a Houston dining icon. His new restaurant offers a nine-, 12-, or 15-course omakase with Japanese ingredients, including foie gras, caviar, and Texas Kobe beef. The restaurant also features a sushi counter, a la carte options, and a dessert bar.
