Questions from a NoobMeisterThis is a Woodworker X-35 (Original) with Stiffy that continues to prove itself capable of much more than wood carving. I’ll also say that I wouldn’t dare try any of this with comparable desktop brands because they look like they’d just fold right up under the pressure… while this Onefinity just keeps asking for more.I have the X-50 woodworker and so far I’ve been really happy with it, machine is super solid. The linear ball bushings and ball screw setup is imo the best setup amongst the hobby machines. Ball screws offer better rigidity, load ratings, accuracy and repeatability vs belts. Choosing the base is probably the hardest part of the setup.
